Evolved intensive outpatient program is designed specifically for teens who have significant changes in mood, behavior, or personality that last more than a few weeks.
Outpatient program is forfamilies and teens ages 11 to 17, who are experiencing signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or other mood disorders.
The program is designed to treat the family as well as their youth, reduce potential crisis, ensure positive development, and enhance current skills to improve quality of life.

Evolved is a fee-for-service Outpatient Clinic. Outpatient programs are provided in a clinic setting. A wide range of services are scheduled and organized within a comprehensive therapeutic environment which includes screening and assessment, individual counseling as needed, group counseling sessions, educational programming, member advocacy, as well as participation in community resources. A licensed clinician is available on site to assist with individual planning and care as needed.
